PHYTIA
What We Are Building
Private markets have grown faster than the machinery for pricing and moving what sits inside them. A direct stake, a fund interest, a legacy hedge position: each is a bespoke claim that must be diligenced from scratch, valued independently, and transferred bilaterally over a period measured in months. Diligence is repeated rather than reused. Valuation does not travel with the position. Economic risk and transferability risk are treated as one thing when they are two.
PHYTIA is being built to close that gap - not by wrapping illiquid assets in a new venue or token, but by supplying the layer underneath: portable valuation protocols, reusable diligence structures, risk classifications that preserve instrument-specific information rather than erasing it, and controlled transfer mechanisms for private and illiquid claims.
Designed for institutional constraints. Every output is intended to be defensible to an auditor, a valuation committee and a supervisor. Methodology is documented, versioned and reproducible. The design assumption is that a number will be challenged, and that the answer must survive the challenge.
Status. PHYTIA is in active development. Detailed methodology, architecture and commercial materials are provided selectively to professional counterparties under confidentiality.
